How long does it take? Our process takes time, and we take pride in our artistry, fluidity, and attention to detail. The amount of time it will take depends on our schedule and the amount of work involved in your specific piece. We can give you a timeline when you are ready to get started with your special piece! We do not mass produce projects.

How much will this cost? The cost is different for each piece. The pricing is based on labor, foam/supplies and fabric. We definitely understand budgets and try to spread it out a bit for our clients. We require a 50% of labor deposit/retainer to be placed on our master list. Fabric can be finalized and purchased at any time during your wait on our master list. The remaining 50% of labor along with fabric/material costs are due at time of completion. It's a common misconception that reupholstering is a less expensive alternative to buying new. However, custom upholstery is comparable to if not more than buying new because the materials and craftsmanship are higher quality than mass manufactured furniture and last far longer. We tell our clients that if you love the shape and it is solid wood construction, than it is worth investing in. In the end, you will have something no one else has. A true piece of functional art in your home! Ready to invest in an item you’ll love? Contact us and send some pictures and we can give you an estimate.

What is the process?Whether it's thoughtfully restoring a piece, or making the ordinary extraordinary, the process is always personal and collaborative. After we've seen your piece, we'll discuss your vision and how you would like to use the piece. We work with multiple vendors for fabric and leather, and will provide options based off your vision and budget. Using our eye for design, we will work hard to make the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The process of custom upholstery design begins with a solid foundation for your furniture to be built on. After we have prepared the piece to be recovered and reupholstered it, design elements and finishes will be applied to complete the piece.
